Village Plan

Village Plan 2009

A Village Plan for Langstone started by the Council in 2009 but for various reasons was never completed. The Plan was based on a wide consultation which saw a questionnaire hand delivered to, and collected from, every household in Langstone, Llandevaud and the Old Hamlet of Llanmartin. Because the data was collected in 2007, the working draft that was produced is now out of date and some of the issues highlighted within it are no longer relevant.

LCC have set up a working party comprising Cllrs Katija Dew, Gerard Hancock and Ted Jeffery to consider a Village Plan for Langstone and make recommendations to the Council with a view to surveying all residents in the near future. If you have any views or comments that would like to make concerning this please feel free to contact the Councillors via the "Councillors" link on the Home Page

Langstone Community Council distributed a questionnaire to every household in the ward in order to gather data which will help the Council formulate a village plan. The questionnaires were hand delivered and collected and analysed using commercial data analysis software.
