Langstone Community Council meets in several locations:- The Kennett Room at Langstone Village Hall or Llandevaud Village Hall on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. All meetings commence at 18:30 hours that’s, Full Council, or a Committee meeting.

Members of the community welcome to attend all meetings. Meetings are open to the public unless their presence is prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted or for other special reasons. The public and the press’s exclusion from part or all a meeting shall be by a resolution which shall give reasons for the public and the press to be excluded.

Members of the community are invited to attend. 15 minutes set aside for Community interaction and members of the community to ask the Clerk or elected member’s questions of local interest. Any questions should be submitted to the clerk 3 clear working days before the meeting. All questions need to be relevant to the agenda.

From May 2022 under the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021, meetings can take place remotely via Zoom or another platform. A link to access the meeting can be provided by contacting the Clerk on (clerk@langstonecommunitycouncil.org.uk).
